At PetVital, we understand that every order matters—because every dose may help save a life. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, and our responsibility to the animals we serve, our return policy is designed to balance fairness, safety, and compassion.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items in original condition and packaging.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Important Conditions

Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
This is to ensure the integrity and safety of medications, which may be reallocated through charity programs to animals in urgent need.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 30% processing and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
This covers inspection, secure disposal (if necessary), and operational costs.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
